Roman Nail Cleaner

1 February 2018

Our Milton Keynes Team has recently unearthed an interesting personal item!

Dating probably to the Mid-1st/2nd Century AD, this copper alloy artefact is typical of Romano-British nail cleaners which were usually combined with other cosmetic implements (normally ear scoops and tweezers) to form a portable set.
